1st Shift Production Supervisor

Supervise production operations on multiple departments and shifts, managing employee activity to drive productivity, safety, cost, and profitability goals. Lead continuous improvement and safety initiatives, evaluate performance, and coach employees. Ensure compliance with UFP policies, procedures, and applicable law, participate in the Safety Committee, maintain records, and manage department inventory while supporting hazardous material handling when assigned.
