Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead end-to-end architecture and complex product catalog design within Zuora Billing, including charge models and subscription lifecycle management.
  • •Drive advanced Zuora configurations such as workflows, mediation/data transformation pipelines, billing rules, custom rating logic, and performance optimization.
  • •Design, build, and support integrations between Zuora and enterprise systems (including Oracle ERP, tax engines, payment gateways, and CRM) with reconciliations and audit controls.
  • •Provide post–go-live production support including incident management (P1/P2), root cause analysis, change/release management, and support for financial close and compliance.
  • •Lead full lifecycle implementations and technical governance, including mentoring, documentation, and representing Zuora architecture in cross-functional forums.
