Job Summary

Own end-to-end design and configuration of Zuora Billing to support Finance and downstream revenue processes. Lead Zuora Billing architecture for subscription lifecycles, charge models, and billing performance, and build robust integrations with systems such as Oracle ERP, Salesforce, payment gateways, CRMs, and tax engines. Provide production support post–go-live, manage releases and reconciliations, and drive full lifecycle implementations through hypercare with documentation and technical leadership.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead end-to-end architecture and complex product catalog design within Zuora Billing, including charge models and subscription lifecycle management.
•Drive advanced Zuora configurations such as workflows, mediation/data transformation pipelines, billing rules, custom rating logic, and performance optimization.
•Design, build, and support integrations between Zuora and enterprise systems (including Oracle ERP, tax engines, payment gateways, and CRM) with reconciliations and audit controls.
•Provide post–go-live production support including incident management (P1/P2), root cause analysis, change/release management, and support for financial close and compliance.
•Lead full lifecycle implementations and technical governance, including mentoring, documentation, and representing Zuora architecture in cross-functional forums.
