Job Summary

Lead the Americas Technical Program Management (TPM) function within Foundational Systems & Experiences Engineering (FSEE) and serve as a strategic partner to engineering executive leadership. You’ll grow and mentor TPM talent, define delivery standards and governance, and drive organizational planning and execution with measurable outcomes. Partner across globally distributed teams (Americas and EMEA), improve operational excellence via KPIs, and facilitate executive decision-making across planning and quarterly business reviews.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead, mentor, and grow the Americas-based FSEE TPM team, establishing a culture of ownership, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
•Define operating models, delivery standards, governance, and reporting mechanisms for predictable, transparent cross-functional program execution.
•Partner with engineering, product, architecture, and operations leaders to execute strategic initiatives across FSEE; collaborate with EMEA TPM leadership to align practices and standards.
•Drive engineering business operations: annual planning, quarterly business reviews, goal setting, executive communications, and leadership operating cadences.
•Establish operational excellence through metrics, dashboards, and KPIs, and advise executive leadership on organizational design, workforce planning, budget management, and investment prioritization.

•Strong people leadership experience building, developing, and growing high-performing teams.
•Exceptional written, verbal, and executive communication skills.
