Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead, mentor, and grow the Americas-based FSEE TPM team, establishing a culture of ownership, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • •Define operating models, delivery standards, governance, and reporting mechanisms for predictable, transparent cross-functional program execution.
  • •Partner with engineering, product, architecture, and operations leaders to execute strategic initiatives across FSEE; collaborate with EMEA TPM leadership to align practices and standards.
  • •Drive engineering business operations: annual planning, quarterly business reviews, goal setting, executive communications, and leadership operating cadences.
  • •Establish operational excellence through metrics, dashboards, and KPIs, and advise executive leadership on organizational design, workforce planning, budget management, and investment prioritization.
