Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and collaborate with engineering and manufacturing teams on continuous improvement projects aligned to quality objectives.
  • •Support internal and external audits, including compliance with IATF 16949 and VDA 6.3 standards.
  • •Monitor and analyze in-line quality metrics and defect trends; drive root-cause investigations to improve LRR trends.
  • •Identify and assess risks in in-process monitoring and internal audits; provide root-cause and solutions for external customer return events.
  • •Track LOH improvement actions, assess effectiveness, ensure closure, and maintain relevant quality documentation.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Engineering Physics, Mechanical Engineering, Physics, or a related engineering field.
  • •Minimum CGPA 3.3 or above.
  • •Fresh graduate or up to 2 years of relevant experience.
  • •Quality engineering experience in the semiconductor industry is an added advantage.
  • •Familiarity with FMEA, 8D, and root cause analysis techniques; Quality Management System familiarity is preferred.
