Key Responsibilities

  • •Engage clients in in-person and phone conversations to uncover financial wellness opportunities and provide customized recommendations.
  • •Open consumer and business accounts and offer related deposit and lending products, including home equity, unsecured lending, and certificates of deposit.
  • •Consistently achieve individual activity and outcome goals using lead lists, walk-ins, and professional contacts to drive client acquisition and referrals.
  • •Ensure compliance with operational, risk, security, and audit procedures and document client interactions appropriately.
  • •Support branch operations, including assisting with teller transactions, participating in morning huddles and end-of-day debriefs, and working Saturdays as directed.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 20.67 - 31.25 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •1+ year of experience building current and new customer relationships, achieving sales goals, and building referral sources.
  • •Understanding of consumer credit, including loan-to-value, debt-to-income, and credit reports.
  • •Foundational knowledge of sales and service techniques with clients, including tele-consulting, outside calling, prospecting, and networking.
  • •Comfort interacting with small business clients, overcoming objections, and asking fact-finding questions (preferred).
  • •Working knowledge of PCs and digital technology (mobile, apps, and web-based browsing), and ability to educate clients on digital platforms (required).
