Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage day-to-day maintenance operations across multiple operational areas, ensuring contractual/customer/organizational procedures and standards are followed.
  • •Develop interfaces with internal and external stakeholders to deliver maintenance services seamlessly.
  • •Analyze TOs, TCTOs, and engineering/maintenance documents to determine workflow, resources, capacity, and execution timelines.
  • •Ensure timely execution of maintenance activities and return customer aircraft to service to the required standard.
  • •Oversee cost targets, manpower planning, staffing, training, performance and personal development; promote continuous improvement and support quality/safety initiatives.
Travel: Low travel

Key Requirements

  • •1+ year of experience in a leadership role (team leader, temp manager, large scale cross-functional project/program management, or formal manager experience), or completion of Boeing’s internal course “Exploring Leadership.”
  • •1+ years providing technical and performance oversight of aircraft maintenance or modifications, including briefing US Government Customers on status of performance.
  • •Demonstrable knowledge of AFI 21-101.
  • •5+ years’ experience and proficiency of MS Office applications.
  • •Ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance; U.S. Citizenship required (interim and/or final U.S. Secret clearance post-start required).
