Job Summary

Lead the Education, Skills and Learning thematic portfolio within the Centre for the New Economy and Society. Design and implement strategy to drive systems change, engage global stakeholders as partners, and supervise community development. Track and report impact using metrics and KPIs, create mission workplans, manage team resources, and represent the Centre internally and externally to senior leaders. Shape thought leadership and action frameworks for future-ready education and skills agendas.

Key Responsibilities

•Iteratively design and implement the team’s strategy to drive ambitious systems change and ensure alignment with the wider Centre portfolio.
•Engage leading business, government, academic, and civil society stakeholders as co-creators and supervise development of communities and partner integration.
•Track, report, and communicate impact outcomes using internal and external metrics and KPIs.
•Create and implement mission workplans using Forum impact methods in close collaboration with functional practice Heads.
•Manage financial and human resources, supervise and coach team members, and represent the Centre internally and externally to senior-level stakeholders.

Key Requirements

•Advanced university degree in public policy, economics, business, social sciences, or other relevant fields.
•15+ years of relevant professional experience across business, government, and non-profit/international organizations or think tanks.
•Strong knowledge of the education, skills and learning agenda and experience with public-private collaboration.
•Proven track record in driving impact and systems change, including drafting thought leadership and using data to build narratives.
•Experience developing, managing, and coordinating strategic partnerships with external stakeholders, including major businesses, governments, and international organizations.
