Key Responsibilities

  • •Direct and define the Continuous Improvement (CI) program for Belgium sites, including mapping, developing, and optimizing processes.
  • •Develop and implement the CI program with site managers and follow up on projects from start to finish.
  • •Lead operational projects end-to-end in operations, owning initiatives from design to execution and crafting custom solutions.
  • •Analyze and collect data, design and implement new or improved processes, and build stability and productivity on critical machines.
  • •Support Kaizen/CI initiatives, train stakeholders on Kaizen and VSM, and help the site transition to Industry 4.0 including automation projects.
