Job Summary

Lead and define the Continuous Improvement (CI) program across Belgium sites, mapping and optimizing operational processes while steering local operational projects. Manage projects end-to-end, from design through execution, analyzing data and implementing new or improved processes. Coordinate with stakeholders including management and contractors, support Kaizen/CI initiatives, and help drive the site transition to Industry 4.0 and automation programs.

Key Responsibilities

•Direct and define the Continuous Improvement (CI) program for Belgium sites, including mapping, developing, and optimizing processes.
•Develop and implement the CI program with site managers and follow up on projects from start to finish.
•Lead operational projects end-to-end in operations, owning initiatives from design to execution and crafting custom solutions.
•Analyze and collect data, design and implement new or improved processes, and build stability and productivity on critical machines.
•Support Kaizen/CI initiatives, train stakeholders on Kaizen and VSM, and help the site transition to Industry 4.0 including automation projects.

•Engineering education.
•Experience with process improvements, Lean tools, and project management.
•Strong ICT/technical knowledge including ERP, drawing packages, programming tools for robots, and Power BI.
