Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the execution governance model for the Design & Delivery team, ensuring adherence to operating processes, standards, and agile practices.
  • •Ensure audit-ready execution with traceability from requirements through design, development, testing, and release using documented evidence.
  • •Own release management processes, including change coordination, readiness validation, deployment timing, and alignment to enterprise change freeze calendars.
  • •Review and challenge design and testing strategies to meet enterprise expectations for scalability, governance, integration, usability, and long-term sustainability.
  • •Drive Alation platform capability, resolve cross-functional conflicts, manage execution risks and gaps, and deliver measurable outcomes for catalog adoption and metadata quality.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant work experience.
  • •7+ years implementing data governance frameworks, including developing data governance policies/standards and working with IT/business on complex data governance needs.
  • •Proven experience in data governance, data privacy, and data protection.
  • •2+ years hands-on experience with Alation, including configuration of workflows, stewardship models, metadata ingestion, and platform integration for data catalog governance.
