MDM Sr. Business Analyst

Own master data management by partnering with business stakeholders to understand data needs, design end-to-end MDM process flows, and define data quality rules and standardization. Develop data quality metrics and governance policies, support data profiling and mapping, and drive data integration workflows. Collaborate with IT to ensure MDM solutions integrate correctly, provide user training, and deliver analysis and insights to support decision-making.
