Key Responsibilities

  • •Define and maintain program strategies aligned to organizational goals, based on risk, size, and complexity.
  • •Provide input and recommendations for multi-year business plans and the execution approach to deliver capabilities with early business value.
  • •Facilitate executive and sponsor meetings to define solutions and delivery, and prepare status reports identifying risks/issues.
  • •Perform analyses and root cause identification, including managing program tradeoffs with IT and the business to align demand to capacity.
  • •Ensure EPMO governance controls are followed and drive adoption and sustainment of changes using USAA change management methodology.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree, or 4 years of relevant education and/or experience.
  • •6 years of project and/or program management experience, including defining a new program and/or managing large-scale projects.
  • •Proficient experience with Principles of Project, Program, or Portfolio Management to develop multi-year business plans.
  • •Understanding and demonstrated application of risk management policies and procedures.
  • •Proficient knowledge of program efforts management tools/methodologies and program performance evaluation and change management principles.
