Key Responsibilities

  • •Plan and implement electrical system changes for plant, office, and production equipment layouts.
  • •Develop electrical design criteria, layouts, and drawings in coordination with architecture and engineering firms.
  • •Create bid sheets, technical specifications, and contracts for electrical construction and facility acquisition projects.
  • •Review and estimate design and construction costs (equipment, installation, labor, and materials) to support budgeting and decisions.
  • •Oversee electrical construction and installation progress to ensure compliance with drawings/specifications and resolve technical issues during execution.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
  • •Minimum 6 years of experience in facility system design, installation, and maintenance.
  • •Strong knowledge of electricity, water, special gas & chemical, exhaust and mechanical, or CSA-related areas, plus safety regulations and industrial standards.
  • •Ability to plan, design, and implement electrical system changes for plant, office, and production environments.
  • •Proficiency in design software and project management tools, with strong problem-solving, communication, and coordination skills.
