Box Office Supervisor- Cobb's Comedy

Supervise daily and nightly box office operations for events, including will call, guest list, ticket sales and scanning. Lead and train box office staff, manage staffing levels, and ensure strong inter-department communication and a positive guest experience. Handle cash reconciliation, pricing initiatives, ticket counts, inventory management, and ticketing system functionality. Coordinate with Ticketmaster and support VIP, ADA ticket, and other guest services needs.
