Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide technical and user support to system operators, division office workers, division engineering, and IT personnel.
  • •Provide training and documentation when needed or requested.
  • •Aggregate and model data to assist in creating reports and dashboards in BI tools (PowerBI, SSRS, OBIEE).
  • •Analyze, recommend, design, plan, test, implement, and support ADMS; maintain ADMS application configuration settings.
