Job Summary

Design and develop hardware solutions for test benches, elaborating requirements and supporting test hardware design and development. Contribute to hardware architectural design and create manufacturing definition files such as BOM, ICD, and wiring details. Perform electrical CAD for wiring harnesses and electrical interfaces, develop technical documents (construction files, user and maintenance manuals), and participate in integration and HW IVVQ verification phases to ensure systems meet functional and quality requirements.

Key Responsibilities

•Elaborate requirements and support test hardware design and development.
•Contribute to hardware architectural design and generate manufacturing definition files such as BOM and ICD (electrical interconnection and wiring details).
•Perform Electrical CAD activities for wiring harnesses for racks/cabinets and electrical interfaces.
•Develop supporting technical documents including construction files, user manuals, and maintenance manuals.
•Participate in integration activities and the verification phases of test benches/building blocks.

Key Requirements

•7–12 years of experience in test bench/hardware work.
•Design and develop hardware solutions including schematics, electrical interfaces, wiring diagrams, and manufacturing documentation.
•Familiarity with RoHS, REACH, WEEE, CE Marking, DO-160, and manufacturing standards IPC-610 and IPC-620.
•Hands-on experience with COTS test and measurement equipment (oscilloscopes, multimeters, signal generators, power supplies, and data acquisition systems).
•Perform HW IVVQ activities including hardware integration, verification, validation, and qualification (IVVQ) against functional and quality requirements.
