Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the operational lifecycle for strategic, large contracted customers from onboarding/order setup through billing, AR management, and collections.
  • •Review approved commercial/contractual terms and translate them into accurate billing configurations, schedules, and invoicing requirements.
  • •Execute and validate timely, accurate customer invoicing, including complex/custom billing arrangements.
  • •Own AR aging and proactively drive collections and escalation of past-due balances; serve as primary point of contact for billing inquiries and disputes.
  • •Support month-end close with AR reconciliations and aging validation, and maintain O2C controls including SOX requirements and audit evidence.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 160,000 - 180,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •5–8+ years of experience in Billing Operations, Accounts Receivable, Order-to-Cash, Finance Operations, or a related function.
  • •Experience supporting complex contractual billing arrangements.
  • •Strong understanding of the end-to-end O2C lifecycle, including billing, AR, collections, disputes, reconciliations, and close.
  • •Experience operating in a SOX-controlled environment, including segregation of duties.
  • •ERP, billing, CRM, and collections systems experience, with strong analytical and reconciliation skills.
