Key Responsibilities

  • •Prepare and make RD&A samples by weighing, compounding/processing, mixing recipes, and ensuring proper packing and labeling.
  • •Prepare samples for evaluation, customer trials, product approval, market promotion, and customer presentations.
  • •Collect and store retain samples appropriately, support pilot plant material preparation, and assist during trials.
  • •Receive and dispatch goods for RD&A, maintain finished goods/raw material/packaging ordering, and control stock levels.
  • •Maintain equipment records/documentation and follow EHS, Food Safety Quality, GLP, GMP, and housekeeping requirements.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum Certificate/Diploma in laboratory techniques or a related technical discipline.
  • •At least 2 years of laboratory experience in weighing, compounding/processing, and sample making in a food ingredients manufacturing environment.
  • •Experience in a food and beverage manufacturing environment with HACCP, GMP, and ISO 22000 certification.
  • •Computer literacy and good mathematical skills for weighing samples accurately.
  • •Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain accuracy and repeatability in sample making.
