Global Product Support

Support the launch and service of new semiconductor and display manufacturing products by developing procedures and Best Known Methods (BKMs), participating in or owning first chamber build and test, and troubleshooting issues with Engineering and Manufacturing. Own beta site test plans and reporting, drive resolution of key field problems, and partner with Quality & Reliability on Top Field Issues and CAPA processes. Work within guidelines while providing informal guidance to new team members.
