Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage all aspects of the assigned branch, driving performance through leading, coaching, and managing teammates.
  • •Drive branch business development and revenue growth for Small Business and Mass Affluent through client appointments, outbound calling, and prospecting.
  • •Ensure compliance with internal controls, operational procedures, risk management policies, and the Truist Code of Ethics, including required team training.
  • •Partner with IRM and operations partners to promote One Team culture within the branch and coordinate with the area operations officer.
  • •Lead human capital decisions including interviewing, selection, hiring, workforce scheduling, development planning, and performance reviews and counseling.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent education and related training or experience).
  • •Two years of financial services and consumer/small business expertise (or equivalent experience/performance).
  • •One year of previous branch leadership or management experience.
  • •Strong interpersonal, sales relationship, prioritization, and written/verbal communication skills.
  • •Must be SAFE Mortgage Licensing Act compliant within 30 days of employment, including NMLS background check.
