Key Responsibilities

  • •Monitor security systems, including video management systems (VMS) and access control platforms, to detect and assess incidents in real time.
  • •Assist in triaging security events by prioritizing based on established protocols and escalating as necessary.
  • •Relay critical information to the GSOC Tactical Supervisor and stakeholders with clear documentation of actions taken.
  • •Support deployment and coordination of response teams during incidents, ensuring communication with internal and external partners.
  • •Follow incident response protocols and escalation procedures; participate in training and maintain accurate incident and activity records.

  • •Bachelor’s degree or three years of work experience.
  • •Strong analytical and decision-making skills with the ability to prioritize information effectively.

  • •Ability to work rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays; must be a U.S. Person due to required access to U.S. export controlled information or facilities.
