Job Summary

Support the EMEA ADSO team by delivering high-quality trust & safety and search operation outcomes through audits, calibration meetings, RCA escalations, and performance reporting. Partner with XFN stakeholders to identify market performance gaps, improve labeling and execution processes, and help design onboarding training and QA best practices. You’ll also participate in policy briefings and queue moderation while handling exposure to sensitive content.

Key Responsibilities

•Deliver high performance standards across projects and develop a best-practice model for maintaining quality.
•Facilitate calibration meetings with stakeholders and provide feedback on implementation and execution.
•Perform daily audits, analyze errors, run RCA escalations, and compile regular performance reports for SME and management.
•Work with the Policy POC to disseminate policy updates, answer policy questions, and participate in policy briefings aligned with local conditions.
•Manage queue delivery and moderation across relevant platforms, support onboarding training SOPs and materials, and maintain QA skills via quizzes when required.

Key Requirements

•Minimum 1-year QA or relevant experience in trust and safety or policy in a major tech or media company.
•High proficiency in Arabic (written and spoken) and fluent English for communication with Arabic markets.
•Ability to work with XFN partners, reporting to and collaborating with stakeholders across teams.
•Familiarity with the business logic of labeling and how upstream and downstream teams work.
•Fast learner who can thrive in a fast-paced environment and make decisions in complex situations.
