Key Responsibilities

  • •Translate the bank’s AI strategy into an executable portfolio of AI products, platforms, and capabilities.
  • •Lead and manage AI delivery squads for customer-facing AI solutions and internal productivity initiatives.
  • •Drive enterprise-wide AI adoption by enabling teams with tools, platforms, frameworks, and reusable assets.
  • •Oversee the end-to-end AI product lifecycle from ideation and prioritization through deployment and continuous improvement.
  • •Establish responsible AI governance, risk management, and compliance adherence across all AI initiatives while managing the AI Lab budget and delivering executive updates.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related discipline.
  • •10 to 12 years of experience in AI, Data Science, Advanced Analytics, Technology Product Delivery, or related fields.
  • •Minimum 3 to 4 years leading teams of data scientists, AI engineers, product managers, or technology professionals.
  • •Proven experience delivering AI or analytics products from concept through production and business adoption.
  • •Strong exposure to Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and emerging AI technologies.
