Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead overall site Quality Management System, including GMP & HACCP, BRC, Thai FDA, Halal, ISO 17025, and customer/3rd-party audits.
  • •Coordinate quality system requirements with authorities, regional quality teams, and relevant regional stakeholders, including customer questionnaires and technical data.
  • •Cascade and implement new global/regional quality system standards and deliver related site training.
  • •Plan and execute food safety quality culture and pest management programs in manufacturing and 3rd-party warehouse.
  • •Act as contact point for customer complaint coordination, engaging cross-functional departments and managing professional responses.
Travel: Low travel

Key Requirements

  • •5-7 years leading experience in Quality System/Food Safety System or customer complaint handling in food and/or pharmaceutical in a supervisory capacity.
  • •Good knowledge of GFSI standards, prerequisite programs, and HACCP.
  • •Fluent Thai and English (business communication level).
  • •Preferably a degree in Food Science/Food Technology/Food Engineering/Microbiology or related disciplines.
  • •Microsoft Office skills (SAP experience advantageous).
