Key Responsibilities

  • •Accountable for delivering a complete and certified Single Aisle Engine and Storage Work Package aligned with Airbus and international authority requirements.
  • •Ensure operational processes are executed on time, within quality standards, and on budget through FOT.
  • •Lead and develop a functional team of 6 indirect staff members.
  • •Manage significant subcontracted and consulting activity budgets, including 8M€ for Storage and 3M€ for Engine-related activities.
  • •Collaborate with Procurement and Engineering to develop practicable concepts to improve operating costs and drive continuous process improvements.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Aerospace, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or equivalent experience.
  • •10+ years of experience in an aerospace or industrial manufacturing environment with a focus on production management, assembly lines (FAL), or engine/component integration.
  • •Strong operational management to execute processes from the engine/storage cycle through Final Operational Transfer (FOT).
  • •Ability to lead a functional team and ensure delivery of a fully operational ground engine meeting cost, time, and quality standards.
  • •Awareness of compliance risks and commitment to act with integrity.
