Key Responsibilities

•Identify, qualify, develop, and close government-wide or use-case based solutions for government clients (solicited and unsolicited) across sales, solution design, and program oversight.
•Develop a government BD pipeline and account plans in collaboration with the local Country Manager, Country BD Lead, local team, and regional GE team.
•Manage program lifecycle across Discover, Qualify, Prioritize, Plan, Execute, Codify with KPI monitoring and partnership governance.
•Support Quarterly Business Reviews and Annual Budget Planning for the local market; monitor and report on market initiatives.
•Engage the Government Centre of Excellence and global units to co-design solutions, including commercial and non-commercial assets, for deployment under engagement programs.
•Contribute to strategic and commercial initiatives for the cluster, focusing on sustainable, scalable, and repeatable business models.

Key Requirements

•Understanding of political structure and regulatory landscape of the local market, and the key players and influencers
•Solid understanding of the payment ecosystem and digital economy infrastructure
•Proven business development mindset with ability to drive momentum and deliver results
•Well-connected with balanced relationships in the local government sector
•Saudi national preferred
