Key Responsibilities

  • •Review and update personal tool inventory quarterly to comply with calibration and tool replacement protocols.
  • •Complete daily work assignments requested by the customer or supervisor while maintaining an accurate tool inventory.
  • •Troubleshoot, repair, and install parts as needed by using analytical skills to identify issues across mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, and pneumatic systems (phone or on-site).
  • •Understand and apply warranty policies by processing warranty claim reports and providing warranty support; validate claims and submit service reports.
  • •Follow company safety and environmental requirements, use PPE properly, and communicate professionally with customers and internal staff using daily service reports/forms.

Key Requirements

  • •Basic computer skills and familiarity with Epiroc equipment, with previous experience demonstrating strong mechanical aptitude.
  • •Ability to read basic hydraulic and 24-volt schematics and troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, and pneumatic systems.
  • •Possess own hand tools and maintain/expand personal tool inventory by purchasing tools from the required list.
  • •Complete required training (TL1/TL2 and Safe Start Modules 1-5) within the first year of employment (timing varies by level).
  • •Maintain required US Department of Labor, Mine, Safety & Health Administration Training Certificates (or agree to complete them) and maintain a valid driver’s license.
