Key Responsibilities

  • •Own end-to-end technical production on Netflix’s most complex, highest-profile events.
  • •Manage AV vendors/contractors and coordinate crewing, production schedules, and cue-to-cue materials.
  • •Provide technical setup, configuration, support, maintenance, diagnostics, and troubleshooting for event space equipment.
  • •Design, monitor, analyze, and resolve issues across video, cameras, digital switchers/routers/servers, LED systems, automation, and routing.
  • •Create and manage engineering documentation; support operator roles and stakeholder pre-production needs as required.

Key Requirements

  • •Sustained experience leading technical production on large-scale, high-stakes events across various timelines.
  • •Proven ability to manage multiple programmes in parallel while maintaining quality and stakeholder relationships.
  • •Experience managing AV vendors, integrators, and technical crews across the full lifecycle of complex programmes.
