AV Events Engineer

Own end-to-end technical production for Netflix’s highest-profile events, partnering with internal teams, venues, and vendors to deliver reliable live AV experiences. Serve as the primary technical lead for complex setups covering video, audio, lighting, networking, broadcast, and communications systems, including multi-camera broadcast productions. Manage pre-production stakeholder needs, equipment maintenance and troubleshooting, documentation, and engineering workflows, while supporting operator tasks as needed.
