  • •Serve as the dedicated compensation partner for the Product and Technology organization, supporting senior leaders, HR Directors, and People Partners.
  • •Handle new hire offers, internal equity reviews, leveling decisions, and out-of-cycle compensation requests.
  • •Own end-to-end compensation cycle execution, including market benchmarking, budget modeling, manager enablement, and leadership rollups.
  • •Lead competitive intelligence by researching compensation trends, pay practices, and talent movement.
  • •Own or lead global projects and develop enablement materials and benchmarking methodologies using recruiting and other real-time market sources.

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years of compensation expertise.

  • •Experience leading cross-functional compensation initiatives in ambiguous, fast-moving environments.
