Job Summary

Serve as the dedicated compensation partner for the Product and Technology organization, advising Executive/VP/Director leaders and HRBP partners. Own the primary contact for new hire offers, internal equity, leveling decisions, and out-of-cycle requests. Lead end-to-end compensation cycle execution, market benchmarking, budget modeling, and manager enablement. Drive competitive intelligence and develop benchmarking methodologies to inform compensation and talent positioning, including global projects and tools implementations.

•Serve as the dedicated compensation partner for the Product and Technology organization, supporting senior leaders, HR Directors, and People Partners.
•Handle new hire offers, internal equity reviews, leveling decisions, and out-of-cycle compensation requests.
•Own end-to-end compensation cycle execution, including market benchmarking, budget modeling, manager enablement, and leadership rollups.
•Lead competitive intelligence by researching compensation trends, pay practices, and talent movement.
•Own or lead global projects and develop enablement materials and benchmarking methodologies using recruiting and other real-time market sources.

Salary: USD 98,000 - 193,000 annually

•10+ years of compensation expertise.
•Proven track record as a compensation business partner owning cyclical compensation programs end-to-end.

•Experience leading cross-functional compensation initiatives in ambiguous, fast-moving environments.
•Strong communication skills presenting complex compensation data clearly to senior business and technical audiences.
