Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop, administer, and oversee a governance program focused on regulatory adherence, risk management, and enterprise policies, including controls and business continuity plan updates.
  • •Lead reviews and prioritization of current and emerging risks and priorities, and escalate as needed to DCXM leadership and relevant stakeholders.
  • •Lead and advise through internal/external testing, audit engagements, and regulatory exams, including assessments aligned to DCXM.
  • •Coordinate risk working group activities and produce reports, trend analysis, and aggregated risk views with remediation oversight and escalations.
