Key Responsibilities

  • •Actively participate in implementing work plans and projects of the department/unit as directed by the supervisor
  • •Implement requirements for institutional and individual excellence models (EFQM, Dubai Government Excellence Model) and stay updated on best practices
  • •Implement and manage the system for handling suggestions, complaints, and feedback from staff and customers, and analyze reports
  • •Coordinate and develop ISO quality systems and related documentation/templates across functional areas
  • •Monitor non-conformities from quality systems and propose corrective actions; close non-conformities based on internal/external audit reports

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering / Administrative Sciences or related field
  • •3 years of experience with a Bachelor's degree or equivalent; 0 years with a Master's degree
  • •EFQM Assessor Certificate or Excellence Award Assessor
  • •Experience implementing EFQM and Dubai Government Excellence Model and related best practices
  • •Knowledge of ISO quality systems and development of operational documents and templates
