Key Responsibilities

•Develop, design and conclude experiments to accelerate business capabilities in Generative AI for safety-critical development.
•Identify, evaluate, and promote emerging AI technologies and their potential applications across the business.
•Define and implement disruptive development process improvements that accelerate product and solution delivery cycle times.
•Develop strategies that reduce total lifecycle costs through improved engineering practices and streamlined processes.
•Drive initiatives to minimize technical debt and improve long-term maintainability of products and solutions.

Key Requirements

•Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years of experience
