Job Summary

Support Allianz Malaysia marketing initiatives and campaigns, assisting with planning, content creation, collateral development, and post-campaign analysis. You will help track campaign performance, review materials for brand consistency, and stay ahead of market trends while gaining hands-on experience in events, digital marketing, and content development.

Key Responsibilities

•Support the development and roll out of the marketing initiatives, campaign, on-ground and virtual events.
•Assist to review and proofread marketing materials that produced by the agencies to ensure the accuracy and effectiveness of the communication contents meet the campaign objectives, value proposition & brand identity.
•Assist in the development and editing of collateral, such as below-the-linea and digital marketing materials.
•Assist to track the performance of on-going campaigns / events.
•Assist to conduct post-campaign/events reviews to assess the effectiveness of the campaigns/ events to help shape future marketing strategies.

Key Requirements

•Currently pursuing A-Levels, a Diploma, or a Bachelor’s Degree in any field, with a strong interest in Marketing.
•Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
•Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite: Excel, PowerPoint, Word. Proficiency in Adobe and any video editing software is advantageous.
•Familiarity with today’s trends, consumer behavior, social media platforms and tools.
•Familiarity with AI tools like ChatGPT or Copilot is an added advantage.
