Senior Product Manager, Performance Experience

Own the performance management product roadmap end-to-end for the employee and manager experience, translating talent strategy into clear requirements, workflows, and user experiences. Partner with Talent Enablement & Development, People Technology, HR, business leaders, managers, employees, and technical teams to continuously launch, optimize, and improve processes and systems powered by Betterworks, while driving adoption through strong stakeholder alignment and success measurement.
