Key Responsibilities

•Analyze and build business cases to launch new products and benefits that maximize Mercado Pago services for merchants and SMEs.
•Execute and optimize user acquisition and retention strategies to identify the preferred digital financial solution for micro‑enterprises and entrepreneurs.
•Identify cross-functional opportunities and drive execution of initiatives in collaboration with Operations, Marketing, Development, Technology and UX teams.
•Construct benchmarks and Excel-based models to project impact and inform strategic decisions.
•Define, monitor, and adjust KPIs for merchant acquisition, activation, and retention across Mercado Pago.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Economics, Engineering, Administration, Systems, Finance or related areas.
•Minimum 2 years of experience in analytical roles with cross-functional projects and multiple stakeholders.
•Intermediate SQL skills and experience with AI tools.
•Ability to build and analyze business cases, benchmarks, and Excel models.
•Strong problem-solving, teamwork, and communication skills.
