Job Summary

Operate flatbed and end dump trailers from the manufacturing plant to transport concrete, mortar, and other materials safely. Deliver palletized products to stores, distributors, and job sites, and pick up/offload aggregate raw materials using an end dump trailer. Use dispatcher directions and invoices to follow special instructions, perform pre-trip inspections, and drive in compliance with state/federal laws while monitoring equipment, product quality, customer satisfaction, and traffic.

Key Responsibilities

•Transport concrete, mortar, and all other materials to and from a job site in a safe manner.
•Receive from dispatcher invoice for materials, directions, and special instructions; follow to the detail.
•Perform pre-trip inspections of assigned vehicle and report any concerns or problems immediately.
•Operate tractor-trailer/vehicle according to state and federal laws and company safety regulations and DMV requirements.
•Monitor and immediately report problems with assigned equipment operations, product quality, customer satisfaction, and traffic.

Key Requirements

•High school diploma or equivalent.
•Must have at least 2 years’ experience driving with CDL A.
•Current CDL A license and a clean MVR required.
•Must be forklift certified.
