Key Responsibilities

  • •Handle all phases of litigation, including discovery, depositions, motion drafting, hearings, and trial or trial preparation.
  • •Collaborate with a large, cross-functional team to manage client matters and develop litigation strategy.
  • •Conduct outstanding legal research, write persuasively, and analyze complex legal issues.
  • •Maintain strong relationships with clients, opposing counsel, and internal teams while demonstrating initiative.
  • •Take responsibility for client matters independently and work effectively within a collaborative environment.

Key Requirements

  • •At least two years of complex litigation experience.
  • •Experience in product liability and torts, preferably involving pharmaceutical products, medical devices, or consumer health/consumer-facing products.
  • •Strong Pennsylvania state court experience required.
  • •Experience in all phases of litigation, including discovery, depositions, motion drafting, hearings, and trial or trial preparation.
  • •Admission to the PA bar or eligibility to waive in required.
