Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive Design for Compliance initiatives end to end, collaborating with Hardware and Firmware Engineering teams to embed regulatory requirements into the development lifecycle.
  • •Conduct and oversee in-house and third-party compliance testing, validation efforts, and in-depth analysis of regulatory issues.
  • •Manage relationships and timelines with external regulatory test labs and agencies to complete global certifications for new product introductions (NPI).
  • •Navigate global product safety and regulatory standards (e.g., FCC, ISED, EU) to ensure market access and sustaining compliance.
  • •Partner with OEM and ODM partners to ensure manufacturing processes meet Oura’s compliance and quality standards.
