Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead preventive and corrective maintenance programs and track facility work orders to completion.
  • •Monitor facility health via DCIM and BMS platforms, identify anomalies, and respond to minimize downtime.
  • •Partner with construction/capital projects teams on facility expansions, retrofits, and equipment upgrades (scope development, vendor coordination, commissioning).
  • •Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal codes including NEC, OSHA, and applicable fire/life safety regulations, while maintaining critical documentation and coordinating contractors/vendors.

Key Requirements

  • •3+ years of facilities engineering, data center operations, or critical infrastructure experience.
  • •Hands-on knowledge of electrical systems including medium/low voltage, UPS/PDU systems, backup generators, and automatic transfer switches (ATS).
  • •Experience with mechanical/cooling systems including CRAC/CRAH units, chilled water plants, cooling towers, and precision air systems.
  • •Familiarity with BMS/DCIM platforms for monitoring and control.
