Job Summary

Join the Developer Velocity Squad to accelerate software development speed and quality across Levi’s Shared Platform & Services. You’ll standardize and maintain the enterprise DevOps toolchain, design CI/CD pipelines and automation frameworks (including blue-green and canary deployments), and drive AI-enabled DevOps adoption. Work across integrated production and development environments, enable knowledge sharing, and continuously measure and improve developer productivity and developer experience.

Key Responsibilities

•Standardize, implement, and maintain the enterprise DevOps toolchain.
•Design and implement scalable service catalogs and DevOps automation frameworks, including CI/CD pipelines and workflows with blue-green and canary releases.
•Drive adoption of AI-enabled DevOps and engineering practices to improve developer productivity and delivery speed while reducing operational overhead.
•Integrate the deployment framework across workstreams, following standardized processes and best practices.
•Provide ongoing support for production and development environments, lead knowledge sharing/training, and maintain technical documentation and requirements.

Key Requirements

•7+ years hands-on experience designing, implementing, and maintaining CI/CD infrastructure and pipelines using tools such as GitHub, GitHub Actions, Harness, and Jenkins.
•5+ years experience integrating CI/CD pipelines with code quality, security, and compliance tools to identify bugs, vulnerabilities, and code quality issues.
•Minimum 5 years hands-on experience administering and managing Artifactory for artifact repository management, package lifecycle governance, dependency management, and CI/CD integrations.
•Strong understanding and hands-on experience leveraging AI-powered developer productivity tools such as GitHub Copilot, Anthropic Claude, and OpenAI solutions to improve software development and automation.
•Required: Bachelor’s degree in computer science (or equivalent); master’s degree preferred.
