Key Responsibilities

  • •Standardize, implement, and maintain the enterprise DevOps toolchain.
  • •Design and implement scalable service catalogs, DevOps automation frameworks, and CI/CD pipelines/workflows with blue-green and canary release strategies.
  • •Drive adoption of AI-enabled DevOps and engineering practices to improve developer productivity, delivery speed, and operational efficiency.
  • •Ensure the deployment framework integrates across workstreams using standardized processes and best practices.
  • •Provide support for production and development environments, deliver knowledge-sharing/training, and maintain technical documentation and requirements; measure and improve developer productivity using data-driven insights.

Key Requirements

  • •7+ years designing, implementing, and maintaining CI/CD infrastructure and pipelines using tools such as GitHub, GitHub Actions, Harness, and Jenkins.
  • •5+ years integrating CI/CD pipelines with code quality, security, and compliance tools to proactively identify bugs, vulnerabilities, and code quality issues.
  • •Minimum 5 years administering and managing Artifactory for artifact repository management, package lifecycle governance, dependency management, and CI/CD integrations.
  • •Strong understanding of and hands-on experience leveraging AI-powered developer productivity tools (GitHub Copilot, Anthropic Claude, OpenAI) to accelerate development, troubleshooting, and automation.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in computer science (or equivalent); master’s degree preferred.
