Provide accurate, timely customer service in a retail banking environment by processing daily transactions and opening accounts such as checking, savings, IRAs, CDs, and money market accounts. Use consultative conversations to identify client needs, recommend appropriate products, and cross-sell services through referrals. Support banking center goals via outbound calls and assist with consumer loan applications while maintaining compliance with regulations, internal controls, and the First Horizon code of ethics.
