Supply Chain Manager - Global Logistics, Import & Export (Malaysia)

Lead end-to-end importation operations for shipments entering Malaysia, ensuring timely customs clearance, cargo tracking, and escalation management. Own shipment planning, customs declaration readiness, and compliance with Malaysia customs and trade compliance requirements. Manage tax exemption and BG programs in coordination with government agencies (MIDA, MDEC, MOF, Customs), verify critical shipping/customs documents (CI, PL, AWB, BL), and drive process optimization through SOPs, KPIs, and risk mitigation.
