Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide full project management services and on-site construction oversight, supporting the client as client representative to deliver successful outcomes.
  • •Assist the client project manager with oversight of overall construction effort and strategic advice at project conception stage.
  • •Own contract and budget responsibilities for assigned direct contracts and create and coordinate detailed Project Execution Plan activities.
  • •Proactively manage construction execution and HES risks by coordinating actions and maintaining the risk register; support safety, QA/QC, and labor relations programs.
  • •Support procurement strategy, schedule ownership, stakeholder kickoffs/meetings, RFI and submittal coordination, reporting, meeting minutes, and closeout documentation.

Key Requirements

  • •8 years of experience as a Project Manager in construction.
  • •Engineering or Architecture degree.
  • •Proven track record as a Lead Project Manager with performance measurement and analysis.
  • •PMI certification is a plus.
  • •Fluent in English and Spanish to conduct meetings, create reports, and do presentations.
