Sales & Service Lead - Higuera St.

Lead a client-focused sales floor that delivers ALO’s guest experience through strong guest connection and technical product education. Coach and support sales associates and cashiers, build daily customer relationships, and use reports/metrics to strategize and implement action plans. Partner with Operations and Visual leaders to manage retail operations priorities and ensure the store is well-executed, supported by workforce coverage and sales initiatives.
