Job Summary

Represent the First Line of Defense for Treasury and Wholesale Payments by identifying and mitigating technology, compliance, and operational risks across ACH, Real Time Payments (RTP), and Wire. Lead risk identification and assessment, oversee control monitoring and change management governance, and ensure RCSA execution and issue remediation. Partner with product, technology, compliance, audit, and regulators to support resilience, incident management, vendor/third-party risk oversight, and regulatory-aligned risk thresholds.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead risk identification, assessment, and mitigation across ACH, RTP, and Wire products and services.
•Provide governance oversight for change management, including Business Initiative Risk Assessments (BIRAs) and procedure approvals.
•Maintain ownership of control monitoring, assessments, and approvals; govern RCSA execution and risk/control inventories.
•Oversee issue management and remediation, including initiating investigations into control failures with the First Line Risk Manager.
•Manage vendor and third-party risk oversight and support operational resilience, business continuity, and incident management; partner with audit, compliance, and regulators.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 124,000 - 150,000 annually

Key Requirements

•6-8 years of Risk, Audit, or Compliance experience, including supporting enterprise risk programs.
•Strong knowledge of operational, technology, compliance, and fraud risk.
•Expertise in ACH, RTP, and Wire payment risk frameworks and associated regulatory requirements (e.g., Nacha, TCH RTP Network, FedNOW, CHIPS, SWIFT, FedWire).
•Knowledge of GRC platforms and risk assessment/control design capabilities.
•Project management experience with strong communication and leadership skills.
