Field Engineer

Prepare and deliver IT operations for events and venues, providing hands-on setup for hardware, software, and telecommunications while also acting as the business-facing event service point of contact. Plan and coordinate event needs with client teams, manage equipment logistics, support access control and box office systems, and run setup/bump-in/bump-out. Resolve service requests, train casual staff and vendors, and keep accurate asset and documentation records.
