Key Responsibilities

  • •Shape the end-to-end product vision, strategy, and user experience for a conversational AI and agent-based product.
  • •Lead product discovery to identify user needs, evaluate opportunities, and prioritize initiatives by user and business impact.
  • •Translate ambiguous concepts into clear product requirements, user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and executable specifications.
  • •Partner with engineering on system architecture and core behaviors including LLM behavior, agent memory, identity models, state management, and data flows.
  • •Address complex edge cases—failure modes, error recovery, permissions, and user-control scenarios—to ensure reliable long-running user experiences.

Key Requirements

  • •Strong product management experience across strategy, discovery, prioritization, and execution.
  • •Deep UX and interaction design judgment, with the ability to evaluate user journeys, flows, and product experiences.
  • •Ability to turn broad, undefined problems into clear, prioritized, and actionable product requirements.
  • •Experience creating or using wireframes, prototypes, and lightweight artifacts to validate product ideas.
