Key Responsibilities

  • •Post jobs to the career website and manage recruiting operations for high-growth teams across the US.
  • •Screen resumes, send questionnaires to qualified applicants, and ensure questionnaires are completed and tracked in a timely manner.
  • •Conduct recruiter phone screens and review/finalize recruitment matrices for job postings in a compliant way.
  • •Ensure each recruiting stage is completed on time and in compliance with requirements.
  • •Handle confidential, time-sensitive information and provide accurate communication between internal and external stakeholders.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 32 - 40 hourly
