Key Responsibilities

  • •Fabricate vehicle components, structural assemblies, and custom test fixtures using TIG welding, sheet metal techniques, and general metalworking.
  • •Perform high-quality welds on aluminum, stainless steel, and carbon steel for prototype and production applications.
  • •Operate Flow Waterjet and maintain accuracy by interpreting engineering drawings and technical documents with minimal supervision.
  • •Support structural and fluid system assembly, routing and integrating tubes, brackets, and hardware.
  • •Conduct dimensional checks and weld inspections, assist with NDT-prep methods when required, and contribute to shop cleanliness, organization, and safety.
