Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and support core risk-based PSM elements including Process Hazard Analysis (PHA), Management of Change (MOC), and Incident Investigation.
  • •Conduct detailed design reviews for new fabrication tools, systems, and chemical processes to ensure safety compliance and reliable performance.
  • •Evaluate changes to equipment, procedures, or processes for safety impacts and recommend mitigation strategies.
  • •Facilitate hazard identification and risk analysis using HAZOP, FMEA, and What-If analysis methodologies.
  • •Support technology transfers by preparing Safety Release Documents (SRDs), flammability studies, and hazard analyses; maintain PSM documentation and track critical metrics.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s or master’s degree in chemical engineering, chemistry, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • •5+ years of experience in semiconductor or high-tech manufacturing.
  • •Experience reviewing Taiwan Class A and Class C hazardous workplace permits.
  • •Proficiency interpreting P&IDs, schematics, and user documentation for design reviews and hazard analysis.
  • •Hands-on experience with PSM methodologies including PHA, MOC, and incident investigation.
