Job Summary

Lead the EMEA South benefits design and strategy within Salesforce’s Global Rewards team. Own benefits strategy alignment with business goals, manage annual renewals for healthcare, retirement, life, disability, and well-being programs, and design new benefit initiatives integrated with HR and Payroll systems. Analyze market benchmarking data to improve competitiveness and cost efficiency, advise senior leaders on complex benefits decisions, and support M&A benefits integrations while serving as Tier 3 escalation point.

Key Responsibilities

•Own and drive benefits strategy across EMEA South, partnering with HR, Finance, and Legal to design and optimize offerings.
•Lead end-to-end annual benefit renewals for healthcare, retirement, life & disability insurance, and well-being initiatives, working with external partners to ensure compliance and competitive service.
•Design, implement, and govern new benefit programs, collaborating with stakeholders on feasibility, project plans, and integration with HR and Payroll systems.
•Conduct ongoing market research and benchmarking to assess competitiveness, cost trends, and employee preferences; provide strategic recommendations to improve benefits.
•Act as strategic advisor and Tier 3 escalation point for complex benefits inquiries, and support M&A integrations by harmonizing benefits structures and mitigating compliance and cost risks.

Key Requirements

•7-10+ years of experience in Rewards/Benefits with strong EMEA focus, designing and managing benefits programs across multiple countries.
•Proven leadership in benefits strategy and experience managing external vendors and brokers, including contract negotiation and service delivery.
•Exceptional project management to manage multiple concurrent initiatives from conception to execution.
•Strong analytical mindset to interpret benefits data (market benchmarking, claims trends, cost modeling) and make recommendations.
•Excellent communication and stakeholder management; fluent English with additional European languages a plus.
